5 months

My sweet little Chloe was 5 months on Wednesday. I can't believe how quickly these months went by!! She is such a sweet baby. She is VERY aware of what is going on around her, we are pretty sure she will be a little "nosy rosy" like her sister. I am SO excited that her eyes are turning GREEN!!!! Finally, maybe one of my kids will look like me! (ha) A few years ago, we were at the pediatritions office, and Dr. Guinter was looking at Weston and Gracie, and he says to me "well Kim, if you want a kid who looks like you, you are just gonna have to have another one!" I literally laughed...at the thought of having another!!! Well....maybe Chloe will be the one, because she is the last baby for us for sure!!

Anyway, here is what you are up to this month sweet girl...

***I am guessing you weigh about 12 1/2 lbs or so
***You eat every 3 hours, about 6 oz
***You sleep from 9 or 10pm until 6:30 or 7am (sometimes a little later)

***You are wearing size 3-6 month clothes, and size 1 or 2 diapers
***You are SO happy, especially when you wake up. I love it!!
***You LOVE the Jumparoo. We have to put a pillow under it b/c your little feet don't touch.

***You just started eating rice cereal and you don't really love it. I hope you are a better eater than your brother and sister.

***We think you will definitly be a talker, and you can squeal really loud! It's so funny!
***We are enjoying you SO much!! I just want you to stay little as long as possible!! I can already tell you are going to be really spoiled!! That's okay..right?!

oH hApPy DaY

Well, the first day of school came and went....and NO CRYING!!!! You have no idea what a BIG deal that is for us, mainly Weston!! He loved it!! He is in 2nd grade this year. Kindergarten was really hard the first 2 weeks, but then he loved it. 1st grade...not so much. Thankd God for the answered prayers for a sweet teacher, and most of all, sweet friends!! He was so excited to walk in and see a buddy from Kindergarten that he was hoping would be in his class. He was happy, and Mommy was really happy! Here a few pics of my big 2nd grader!

check ups and picture overload

The kids had check ups lasItalict week, and I am just now getting around to posting about that. I started this blog for our family out of town, but I try to post important info (for me) so I can remember. I haven't been good (since Weston was a baby) about keeping up with baby books. Weston's is pretty filled, Gracie has a 1st year calendar that I hardly put anything in, and poor Chloe....well she will have to look back at this blog . How awful is that???

Anyway...here are the stats...

Weston 7 years old...45 inches tall....43 1/2 lbs (my little man)
Gracie 4 years old...43 inches tall....46 lbs (my big girl)
Chloe...4 months...23 1/2 inches...11lbs 6oz (my bitty girl)

I love our pediatrition. We have been going to him since Weston was born, and we have been there alot!! He told us that at the rate they are going right now, Weston could be about 5'6 and about 130 lbs, Gracie could be about 5'9 and 160 (bless her heart...she is the LITTLE sister) and Chloe is following in Weston's footsteps in growth. I looked back at Weston's baby book and he weighed 12 1/2 lbs at 4 months so she is actually smaller than he was.
I LOVE my babies, and I can't believe I have 3 kids!! Weston is SO funny, and sweet and smart, and NOT ready to go back to school! We found out his teacher, and we have heard GREAT things about her. I have really prayed that he would have a great 2nd grade year, and begin to make some friendships that will last. I still have some close friends that I have had since 2nd or 3rd grade, and that is so special to me. Gracie is such a sweet girl, and becoming more "lovey". She loves school, and IS excited to go. She will be in Jr. Kindergarten in our Mother's Day Out program at church (where I teach Pre-K). She will go 3 days a week, and I work 2 of those days. Chloe will go with me and be in the nursery with some sweet older ladies from church. I am worried about her getting sick, but I know they will love her, and hold her, and spoil her rotten! This summer has flown by way too fast, and I am not ready to get back in the swing of things, but we are so looking forward to our beach trip on Fall Break. We are meeting Nonni & Paps (Hale's parents) in Panama City and all staying together! The kids are so excited too! We have never been in October but I think the weather will be much nicer, especially for Chloe. She is gonna look so stinkin' cute in her little swimsuits! I can't wait! I am hoping to get some good beach pictures for christmas cards too! (Bring your cameras Paps!!)

Here are some recent pictures of the kiddos!
