Weston has been sleeping with us pretty much all night every night for atleast a year. Before that I would lay down with him, he would sleep in his bed for a few hours and get in bed with us. He IS 8 years old, and getting bigger and taller and even though I love snuggling with him, it was time for him to STAY in his room. We got him a bunk bed, in hopes that with Gracie on top (he flops too much) he will sleep in his room for atleast half the night. So far, he is doing pretty good. We will see how long it lasts. Daddy is happy to have more room in bed now! :)

I can only imagine how you feel. I'm still not ready to move Lilah to her own room:-( She's sleeping in her basinette right beside me...I love listening to her breathe and snore...listen for every toss and turn...and that precious first smile every morning. I think if either of my girls came into our bed, even at 8, I would still melt! So good luck to all involved!!!
